The Care team at Kelly Gardens works around the clock to create and implement an individualized, person-centered care plan for every resident. The whole resident — as well as the resident’s family’s wishes — are considered when tending to each resident’s unique needs. With a full range of care provided, every resident can have their medical, social, emotional and spiritual needs met — which ensures the highest quality of overall health.

Kelly Gardens has resident-to-staff ratios that ensure not only proper care but also time to create relationships that last forever. Integrity and sincerity in doing what is right for each resident are apparent in the quality-of-care provided every resident.

Kelly Gardens employs a fabulous nursing staff. From the Director of Medical Services to the newest Caregiver, overall quality is a priority and it’s noticeable.

New caregivers/CNAs are assigned a mentor who helps guide them through the training process until they are comfortable and knowledgeable. Mentors continue to mentor for the remainder of employment creating an environment of continual learning and growth. With a team that includes Nurses, Shift Managers, CNAs, and Caregivers Kelly Gardens can say that they have a full, lively and exceptional team of care staff.
